This is basically just a film promoting Holotropic Breathing which is no longer practiced since it's rather dangerous (it's inducing hyperventilation through rapid breathing to simulate a psychedelic experience). So promoting an outdated and dangerous method of creating a psychedelic experience is bad, but the worst part of the film is the feminist narrator with all her obvious bigotry and Cultural Marxist propaganda. These people aren't enlightened - they're capitalist grifters using cultural trends to sell healing techniques that's are no longer being used by anyone with any knowledge on the matter.
