There are spoilers in the Overall paragraph only.
The Good:
The first movie I have actually squirmed in my chair. This film does it's absolute best to show the truth in what exactly happens through the process of abortion. It is probably the most graphically disturbing movies I have ever seen, the saddest part about it is it is all a true story. It progresses the lead character in the movie very naturally, Bratcher does a fantastic job on her part. A movie that you will not forget.
The Bad:
The script was a little corny at times, the acting was a little questionable at times too. At one scene they had the lead actor Ashley Bratcher playing a younger Abby Johnson in high school- and it just was a little too off. A lot of the Christian characters in the movie are given a very stereotypical 'Holier than thou' personality that I feel like Hollywood doesn't know how to put to the screen without it being corny; so for that at least I do give them a pass.
The Reality:
The reality of this movie is simple, it shows the process of abortions and what exactly happens. Many pro-abortion-ers will say it is fake, and it lies, or that it doesn't matter what an abortion looks like, only what it does for you. It ends your fears of being a parent. On the contrary, these same people with probably say they will never have a chicken nugget because they saw Food Inc. and realized how terrible THAT process is.
The Overall: SPOILERS!!
The movie does its job. It tells the story of Abby Johnson who went through abortions herself, worked with clients who had abortions, and eventually saw a late term abortion first hand. After seeing this she realizes the horror of what actually happens in abortion, and decides that she is never going to participate in this process ever again, dedicating the rest of her life to protesting the very thing of which she once considered her career choice. No one can guarantee everything in this film is exactly what happened, but the film producers used evidence and guiding from ACTUAL abortion doctors to help depict the most realistic portrayal of what an abortion is actually like. This is a true story, very well done movie.
I encourage everyone to muster the stomach to see this film, and please ignore the poor script and at times lame acting.
Plot summary
As one of the youngest Planned Parenthood clinic directors in the nation, Abby Johnson was involved in upwards of 22,000 abortions and counseled countless women on their reproductive choices. Her passion surrounding a woman's right to choose led her to become a spokesperson for Planned Parenthood, fighting to enact legislation for the cause she so deeply believed in. Until the day she saw something that changed everything.

An accurate depiction with a poor script.
Why so much hate?
I just watched this and started reading some of the reviews on here. A majority of people are bent on saying that this film is pure crap. I believe that defending the right to destroy ourselves, our culture and our civilization by encouraging abortion instead of life, is pure insanity and " that "...is real crap ! This film is actually very good, the actors have their stuff together and are pretty convincing in their roles. The problem I usually have with "christian films" is the super heavy moralizing that they very often do. No need in this one. All you need to show is that abortion destroys a human life. And that this is a tragedy. Every time. The film also exposes Planned Parenthood and their true mandate: Planned abortion. Anyhow , I find it is truly a sad day when people defend death and killing instead of life. All this movie does is bring out the madness of these people, has most of the reviews on here clearly show. So, no,not a masterpiece, but definitely not crap. Well done !
